Chinese Ink drawings with letterpress poetry
Letterpress by Tip Type
8" x 4" x 1/4"

About: This series of drawings was made while creating WATERFALL VISION, 2016. They are Chinese ink on paper - each is unique and responds to a different feeling/vision related to the larger work on slate.  They are drawn on paper that was handset as letterpress type by Tip Type, in two different versions of text. One is an excerpt of a poem attributed to Shide, a Tang Dynasty Chinese Buddhist poet.  And one is an excerpt of a poem/song written by myself.
